Q: I’ve booked my wedding with an All-Inclusive Package, now What?
A: An All Inclusive Event Manager will call you within 72 hours of booking to go over your contract, schedule a 45 day our meeting for linen selections. If you’ve added Photography or cake to your package they will be contacting you via email to introduce themselves. We will also explain our Sip and See Tasting Events and try to make sure you are able to attend one in order to establish your Day of menu.
Q: When will you need a final guest count?
A: We will need a guest count 30 days prior to your event.
Q: Can I take home leftover food?
A: We do not allow leftovers to be taken home per our food handlers safety and insurance agreements.
Q: When will I meet my DJ?
A: You will have a meeting with your DJ 14 days prior to your event in order to go over the DJ planning sheet.
Q. How can I taste the food?
A: We offer 2 Sip and See events for our clients at different venues throughout the year. At these events we bring in large portion of our menu for our clients, and potential clients to taste. We do this for a number of reasons, but the main reason is we like for our clients to taste our Caterer's food that has been transported into a venue. This gives you a very real depiction of what your food will taste like on the day of your event. Tastings that take place in restaurant are always coming straight from a fryer, oven or stove. It takes a bit more precision, to ensure that food that has traveled from restaurant, to venue, still be delicious upon serving time. We also like the fact that our clients can bring as many guests as they would like to be a part of the food selection.
Q: Can I schedule a private tasting?
A: Yes. We recommend that all of our clients make our quarterly Sip and See events to taste a good portion of our menu, but if you need a private tasting, we offer those to contracted clients for $30.00 per person.
Q. Do I pay gratuity?
A: Gratuity is always welcome for our servers, Day of Coordinator and DJ, but never expected. If you choose to pay gratuity a nice tip for the DJ and DOC is $150.00 and $25 per server.
Q: How can I pay my deposit and payments?
A: We offer Venmo, ZELLE , Cash , Check or credit card payment (3.8% convenience fee). You’re welcome to bring your payment to your initial consultation (within 1 week of contract). Your date is not secured until the contract is signed AND the full deposit is made. Your final payment at 30 days prior will be made directly to our Caterer/Linen company for those services.
