Coordination Services

Full Day of Coordinators

 

$1595 

$300 discount when adding to an All-Inclusive Package 


Weddings over 200 guests require an assistant for an additional $300 


*One planning meeting to Determine the day of timeline and event flow and will email out to all vendors for their confirmation 

*Floorplan layout with All-Seated. Bride will receive log-in and have the ability to make changes if needed.

Meetings are 30- 45 days out to obtain information about the wedding and determine how the couple would like the wedding to flow.

*Unlimited phone, text and email privileges 30 days out and up to the wedding day.

*Preparation of a ceremony rehearsal and a ceremony and reception timeline 

*Vendor confirmation for the wedding day the week of your event. Includes confirmation of all Payments made and remaining

*Set up wedding photographs, guest books, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc. 

****You will need a set up team for DIY centerpieces, linens, draping and large items**** 

Wedding Day
*Attending, overseeing and directing the wedding ceremony and reception (up to 13 hours)

*Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors, directing where vendors will set up their items

*Making sure wedding ceremony areas are set-up by vendors as planned

*Making sure table numbers, place cards, programs, and wedding favors are correctly placed by your set up team 

*Cake Cutting Services, Boxing Remaining Cake and Anniversary Tier

*Day of Rehearsal ( Rehearsal the day before $275.00 if planner is available) 

*Assisting with handing out wedding flowers, pinning on corsages, boutonnieres

*Help  wedding party to get in place to walk down the aisle. 

*Making sure flowers are held correctly, timing is perfect, wedding dress trains are straight

* Help photographer get the wedding pictures you want, making sure family members are available and in place for the photographer

* Making sure wedding reception area is set-up as planned, candles lit, DJ on schedule

* Making sure everything is running on schedule

*Making sure all vendors receive final payments, as needed

*Coordinating where the gifts received at wedding will be packed at the end of the event, and Collecting guest books, cameras, personal items, etc. to be packed into designated vehicle

*Making sure transportation is running on time

*Preventing and fixing any problems that may arise during your wedding day, while helping you maintain a cool composure

* Providing a stress-free wedding day for the bride and groom
